Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in enhancing financial systems, implementing ERP solutions, and building Power BI dashboards for real-time financial reporting and decision-making.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Finance Team to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  2. Design, Develop, and Maintain Power BI dashboards for MIS, financial performance, and operational KPIs.
  3. Lead or Support ERP Implementation projects and ensure smooth integration with finance processes.
  4. Manage Finance System-Related Implementations and enhancements, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
  5. Provide System Support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors or IT for resolution.
  6. Document Workflows, processes, and technical specifications.
  7. Train Finance Team Members on new tools, reports, and processes.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ Years of Experience in finance systems, ERP implementation, and reporting solutions.
  • Strong Expertise in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visualization, report automation).
  • Proven Track Record in ERP Implementation (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics / similar).
  • Knowledge of Finance System Implementations and integration with accounting processes.
  • Good Understanding of Financial Reporting, MIS, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong Problem-Solving, Analytical, and Communication Skills.
  • Ability to Manage Multiple Projects and work cross-functionally.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior Experience in a Law Firm, professional services, or consulting environment.
  • Exposure to Automation of Finance Workflows and process improvements.
  • Experience Working with SQL or other data sources for reporting.
