A Data-Driven Leader to Head Marketing Cloud Intelligence

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to head our Marketing Cloud Intelligence (MCI) team. As a key member of our analytics department, you will be responsible for identifying key metrics to support business goals, gathering data to back those metrics, and architecting scalable and efficient solutions using MCI.

Your role will involve conducting feasibility studies, defining new data streams in MCI, and ensuring timely data refresh cycles. You will also be responsible for liaising with cross-functional teams, developing new reporting capabilities, and overseeing the build of new optimization reports.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will work closely with business users to help developers build effective data ingestion pipelines, data models, and visualizations. Your ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is crucial in this role.

As a leader, you will provide requirements for visualizations to data analysts, enabling them to build reports and dashboards that effectively present key metrics. You will also develop best practices and processes for metrics, data management, and data visualization, staying up-to-date on Salesforce releases and updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in Salesforce with strong focus on solution architect
  • Proficient in Datorama, Salesforce configurations, and Marketing Cloud
  • Excellent written and verbal skills. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Data Engineering & Business Intelligence ecosystem
  • Salesforce MCI certification. Other SF platforms viz app building PD1, PD2 etc
