Job Title: Data Systems Administration Specialist

We govern data collection and use, mitigate potential bias in machine learning models, and encourage an enterprise culture of responsible AI.

Ops support is an integral branch of CDO, ensuring a smooth experience for our customers and consistent flow of business with the help of follow-the-sun teams and time-tested processes.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Experience in Linux/Unix administrative and SA experience.
  • Azure Datalake Platform Administration.
  • BIDW ETL Platform Administration.
  • ETL Grid Platform Administration.
  • IPC Administration.
  • TWS Administration.
  • ETL Tools Administration.
  • Kafka Architecture/Administration.

Should-Have Skills:

  • 6-8 years of system admin/relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of Azure/cloud fundamentals.
  • Hands-on experience in SQL.
  • Ready to work in 24*7 shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Hands-on experience in Snowflake.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proactive and understands the operational support ecosystem.
  • A team player.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support, administrative support, and troubleshoot issues for day-to-day operations.
  • Resolve technical issues to meet SLAs.
  • Monitor systems, provide technical assistance, manage incidents, and ensure efficient workflows.
  • Enhance quality by adding value, automation, and optimization.
