Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Data Quality Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence Data Quality Specialist to join our team.

Job Description: As an AI Data Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and relevance of training datasets. You will automate pipelines that ensure data quality, run proxy fine-tuning and reward modeling experiments to validate quality, design evaluation frameworks (human + LLM-as-a-judge) to measure consistency and alignment, and collaborate with annotation teams to drive scalable, high-quality data workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Automate data pipelines: Ensure data is accurate, complete, and relevant for machine learning model development.
  • Run experimentation and validation: Use proxy fine-tuning and reward modeling techniques to validate data quality.
  • Design evaluation frameworks: Create frameworks to measure data quality using human judgment and machine learning algorithms.
  • Collaborate with annotation teams: Work closely with annotation teams to drive high-quality data workflows.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of AI and machine learning: Knowledge of large language models, SFT, RLHF, and reward models.
  • Proficiency in programming languages: Proficient in Python, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
  • Ability to work independently: Self-starter with a consultative mindset, comfortable working at the intersection of research and client success.
