Design Visionary Wanted

As a design visionary, you will be responsible for transforming interior spaces into aesthetically pleasing functional environments. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement:
    • Conduct thorough research to understand client business needs and goals.
    • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional client experience.
    • Manage client expectations and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Conceptual Design:
    • Formulate innovative design proposals integrating space planning, color schemes, furniture selections, and sustainable material choices.
    • Craft compelling mood boards, 3D renderings, and articulate presentations to communicate design concepts effectively.
  • Space Planning and Layout:
    • Devise efficient and dynamic space plans, accounting for workflow optimization, ergonomic principles, and alignment with client's cultural ethos.
    • Leverage space utilization strategies to enhance productivity and foster a cohesive work culture.
  • Material Selection and Specification:
    • Curate and specify materials that align with the envisioned aesthetic while meeting functional criteria.
    • Ensure adherence to safety and sustainability standards, integrating eco-conscious choices.
  • Project Documentation:
    • Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and documentation for construction and permitting purposes.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Build and nurture a high-performing team.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or interior design or a related field.
  • Experience in leading client pitches.
  • Minimum 7-12 years of experience in workplace design projects and team management.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Sketchup, Revit, and Photoshop.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
