- Develop and implement strategies for precast segmental construction projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, enhance quality, and maintain health and safety standards.
- Manage a team of 15-20 staff and oversee 700-800 workmen, promoting a culture of operational efficiency, cost savings, and improved safety.
- Negotiate and coordinate with clients, consultants, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes, monitoring and addressing any issues promptly.
- Foster strong relationships with team members, management, and stakeholders, promoting open communication and collaboration.
