Novo Nordisk is seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Director to lead our Incentive Compensation Program Management Office (PMO). As a Senior Program Director, you will be responsible for managing a large-scale global incentive compensation program. This role requires strong leadership and project management skills, as well as expertise in incentive compensation program design, implementation, and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain program governance structures, processes, and methodologies tailored to incentive compensation programs.
  • Monitor program performance and manage program risks and issues effectively, particularly related to incentive compensation structures and processes.
  • Engage with stakeholders across 30 affiliates in three different regions to understand their incentive compensation needs and ensure their requirements are met.

Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in program management, with a focus on incentive compensation programs, global programs, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of incentive compensation program design, implementation, and management, with expertise in incentive compensation analytics and reporting.
