The role of the Lead IT Technical Specialist is to oversee the administration and execution of configuration management changes, ensuring CMDB data integrity & robustness. This position works closely with the IT ServiceNow System Admin and all process owners within IT.

  • Performing data cleansing and deduplication activities.">
  • Managing the CMDB module, improving data representation accuracy.">
  • Developing and tracking key performance indicators for CMDB health.">
  • Configuring and managing data discovery tools to automatically populate the CMDB with information from various IT systems.">
  • Integrating CMDB data with other ServiceNow modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management.">
  • Mapping data from external systems to the CMDB schema.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years relevant experience in an IT Industry.">
  • 5 years' ServiceNow experience with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM).">

  • A strong understanding of IT infrastructure and components (servers, networks, applications).">
  • Experience defining, documenting, and implementing CMDB governance processes and procedures and ensuring that the processes are followed.">
