SAP MM/WM Business Process Consultant

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP MM/WM, with a strong focus on business process consulting and configuration. They will be responsible for facilitating the implementation and support of SAP modules to enhance the clients' business functionality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support and guidance to end-users on SAP transaction codes and basic system functionality.
  • Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement, recommending solutions to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot software issues and develop modifications to address client requirements.
  • Ensure timely resolution of tickets, escalating issues as necessary and maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Graduate Engineer from a reputable college.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Procurement and Inventory Management functions.
  • 5-8 years of SAP MM/WM experience, with a focus on configuration and business process consulting.
  • Experience in supporting SAP ERP at large client engagements is desirable.
