Lead Interior Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Interior Designer to join our team.


Job Description:


The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design process from initial consultation to final product delivery. This involves collaborating with customers to understand their needs and preferences, conducting site visits to ensure designs can be installed efficiently, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Our Lead Interior Designer must possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey ideas and defend designs.

They should have a deep understanding of interior design principles, including space planning, color theory, and furniture selection. Additionally, experience with Google Sketchup software is highly desirable.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in residential project management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Sketchup and other relevant design software.
