- Research:
- Stay current with social media trends and consumer psychology.
- Explore new editing techniques and tools.
- Teamwork:
- Collaborate effectively with team members.
- Support peers during workload peaks.
- Client Satisfaction - Positive feedback on visual quality and creativity.
- Technical Skills - Utilization of new design tools and software.
- Turnaround Time (TAT) - Ability to reduce project timelines.
- 0–3 Months: Deliver quality work, gain proficiency in agency processes, and build strong relationships with the team.
- 3–6 Months: Take on broader design assignments, offer ideas to enhance visual output, and participate actively in team brainstorming.
- 6–12 Months: Demonstrate reliability across multiple campaigns and platforms; begin mentoring newer team members or interns on design tools and agency practices.
- 12–18 Months: Progress to handling major campaigns, contribute to agency design standards, and support the Design Head with training, reviews, or special projects.
