Key Responsibilities:

• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Provide excellent customer service at the checkout counters.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and refunds.
• Collaborate with the store team to meet sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in cash handling and billing.
• Experience in supermarket billing is preferred.
• Strong numerical and attention to detail skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexible to work in shifts.
• Basic computer skills.
