Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced .NET architect to modernize our legacy applications into scalable, cloud-native solutions using .NET Core, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure. As a skilled architect, you will be responsible for driving containerization efforts with Docker & Kubernetes, defining and implementing robust CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.

Key Skills:

  • Driving containerization efforts with Docker & Kubernetes
  • Defining and implementing robust CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.
  • Enforcing best practices in SaaS multi-tenancy, security, and data isolation
  • Collaborating closely with Product, DevOps, and QA teams to align technical direction with business goals
  • Conducting code reviews and mentoring development teams
  • Evaluating and recommending optimal Azure/AWS services for migration and greenfield development
  • Defining performance benchmarks and performing system tuning
  • Ensuring compliance with security, regulatory, and data privacy standards

Requirements:

  1. 10+ years of experience with Microsoft .NET stack, including ASP.NET, .NET Core/.NET 6+
  2. Strong understanding of cloud platforms – Azure (preferred) or AWS/GCP
  3. Hands-on experience with containerization tools (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes)
  4. Expertise in building and migrating applications to SaaS architectures
  5. Strong understanding of microservices, REST APIs, gRPC, message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
  6. Experience with SQL Server and NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB, MongoDB) in cloud environments
  7. Knowledge of DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM)
  8. Familiarity with event-driven architectures, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and CQRS
  9. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  10. Experience with AKS/EKS and serverless computing (Azure Functions, AWS Lambda)
  11. Understanding of Zero Trust Architecture, OAuth2, OpenID Connect
  12. Prior experience modernizing monolithic apps into cloud-native architecture
