About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter information into our database system.
  • Digital File Management: Organize and maintain digital files, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Record Maintenance: Update and maintain records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Sourcing: Search and shortlist candidates for various IT roles using job portals and databases.
  • Chat Support: Handle queries through chat, ensuring prompt and clear communication.
  • Admin Tasks: Provide administrative support to the team, as needed.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in any field.
  • Basic knowledge of computers, including MS Office and typing skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
