Job Title: Project Coordinator
Description:
- The role involves coordinating and overseeing projects, ensuring timely completion, and meeting quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight of Projects:
- Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders, including team members, managers, and executives.
- Communicating with external stakeholders, such as clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
- Developing and maintaining monitoring mechanisms for project performance.
- Reporting on project progress, variances, and recommended actions.
- Defining agendas for review meetings.
- Documenting proceedings through minutes of meeting (MoM).
- Tracking follow-up actions.
- Preparing and managing a 52-week operational and compliance schedule.
- Compiling and presenting periodic review reports highlighting performance, variances, and recommended actions.
Requirements:
- A Master's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 8 years of experience in project coordination.
- Fluent English language skills.
