Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Front-End Developer with expertise in ReactJS to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, as well as experience with front-end development tools like Webpack and Babel.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. ReactJS Development:
  • Develop and maintain high-performance web applications using ReactJS.
  • Create reusable and maintainable React components and UI elements.
  • Implement state management using Redux or Context API.
  • Develop dynamic rendering and routing using React Router.
  1. UI/UX Collaboration:
  • Work closely with designers to translate wireframes into interactive web applications.
  • Ensure responsive and user-friendly designs across devices and screen sizes.
  • Implement responsive design principles using CSS frameworks or CSS-in-JS libraries.
  1. Front-End Integration:
  • Integrate front-end logic with back-end APIs (RESTful or GraphQL).
  • Handle user authentication, session management, and authorization.
  • Optimize application performance by reducing loading times.
  1. Testing & Quality Assurance:
  • Write unit tests and integration tests using Jest or Mocha.
  • Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure new features are fully tested.
  1. Version Control & Collaboration:
  • Use Git for code management and collaboration.
  • Participate in code reviews and follow Agile methodologies.
  1. Optimizing Performance:
  • Lazy load components, use code-splitting, and optimize assets.
  • Identify DOM rendering bottlenecks and optimize JavaScript performance.
  1. Documentation:
  • Maintain clear documentation for React components and tools.
  • Share knowledge and update development guides.
  1. Continuous Learning:
  • Stay up-to-date with ReactJS and web development trends.
  • Participate in training and workshops to stay current.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in ReactJS development.
  • Strong JavaScript skills (ES6+).
  • Experience with modern front-end development tools.
  • Proficiency in React Hooks (useState, useEffect, useContext).
  • Hands-on experience with Redux or Context API.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha.
  • Familiarity with Git version control.
