Automation QA Internship Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automation QA Intern to join our growing team. As an intern, you will have the chance to build a career in software quality assurance and automation testing.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will assist in designing, writing, and executing automated test scripts. They will also support functional, regression, and integration testing efforts, working closely with QA engineers and developers to identify, document, and track bugs.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automated test scripts
  • Support testing efforts, including functional, regression, and integration testing
  • Collaborate with QA engineers and developers to identify and track defects
  • Maintain and improve test automation frameworks
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
  • Ensure software meets quality standards before release

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have a basic understanding of software testing concepts (manual & automation) and familiarity with at least one programming/scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with test automation tools/frameworks like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or PyTest
  • Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
