We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a Management Trainee position. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the Accounts Payable function and assisting associates in identifying and implementing AP improvements.

Responsibilities
  • Process Purchase Orders, Non-Purchase Orders (FI), and eInvoices according to established processes
  • Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports
  • Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports and recording entries
  • Produce daily production plans and allocate inflow volumes to team members
  • Payout vendors by monitoring contract/PO terms, discount, scheduling, and preparing checks/Fund Transfer Orders
  • Resolve purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and ensure credit is received for outstanding memos
  • Process travel and expense reports of employees by receiving and verifying expense reports for advances and receipts
  • Maintain 100% accuracy of invoice processing and monthly reports
  • Report taxes while processing region-specific invoices as required
Qualifications
  • University graduate in any discipline
  • Bachelor/Master of Commerce or Business Administration
  • Relevant work experience in AP preferably in the Oil and Gas industry
  • Sound knowledge of written and spoken English
  • Practical knowledge of SAP and Reporting and Service Now
  • Understanding of Source to Pay process is a plus
