Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Media Services Account Manager to join our team in Bangalore, India. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion across our media services portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business objectives and pain points.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, leveraging our media services capabilities to drive growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet customer needs.
- Drive negotiations and closure of large deals, ensuring cross-functional alignment and timely delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience, with an MBA from a top-tier institute (Tier 1 or Tier 2).
- Minimum 2-6 years of total work experience in Enterprise/B2B Sales, Account Management, or Business Development.
- Preferred background in Product Management or Product Marketing.
- Strong interest and/or experience in the Media, Entertainment & Sports industry, particularly in broadcast, OTT, live sports, gaming & esports, edtech segments.
