Job Overview:

A senior-level Data Network professional is sought after to drive the design, implementation and management of global WAN networks at scale.

  • Strong expertise in planning, designing and deploying WAN/LAN/Wi-Fi transformation and migration methods
  • Hands-on experience with advanced technologies such as VPN, routing protocols, MPLS & Multicast, and LAN technologies
  • Possesses excellent project management skills, including sequencing activities, scheduling tasks, and preparing detailed project plans

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage large-scale WAN networks ensuring high availability and reliability

Plan and conduct rigorous network tests, generate comprehensive test reports, and identify cross-functional dependencies

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of network projects

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging network trends, technologies, and best practices

Develop and maintain high-quality HLD and LLD design documents

Key Skills:

  • Expertise in Global WAN network design and implementation at large scale
  • LAN/WLAN network design and implementation at large scale
  • Planning and designing WAN/LAN/Wi-Fi transformation and migration methods
  • Design, Solution, Build and Deployment Experience on below advanced technologies: VPN technologies - IPSec, DMVPN, MPLS VPN etc., Routing protocols - BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, ISIS etc., MPLS & Multicast technologies, Route-map, prefix-list, community, policy-based routing, LAN Technologies: VLAN, VXLAN, VSF, Wi-Fi: Predictive survey, AP design, proficiency in RF
