Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume the role of Test Automation Architect. As a key member of our testing function, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality test automation frameworks for web, mobile API, and desktop applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design maintainable, extensible, modular test automation solutions that follow good industry practices.
  • Implement high-quality, reusable, and scalable test automation frameworks for various applications.
  • Promote the adoption of AI-driven testing tools and methodologies where applicable.
  • Create and maintain test automation frameworks and solutions that can be used across multiple projects and programs.
  • Identify the best-fit languages, test automation frameworks, tools, data input methods/types for each project or program.
  • Lead and manage testing teams to ensure successful implementation of automation testing strategies and design robust automation frameworks.
  • Collaborate on test case design for comprehensive coverage.
  • Ensure correct test environments are set up and ready.
  • Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
  • Oversee test execution, monitor results, and generate reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.
  • Identify data requirements and ensure availability of test data.
  • Establish governance processes for consistency.
  • Maintain documentation and follow compliance standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in automated testing with a strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
  • Experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts and frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as TOSCA and test management tools like ALM.
  • Solid knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python.
  • Experience in Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience working as a test automation architect in a testing/quality function for SAP/ERP landscape.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
