Brand Strategy & Client Management

We are seeking an experienced Brand Solutions Strategist to lead our ad campaigns for iconic brands, interact with clients, understand briefs, campaign planning and management, monthly evaluation, and discuss solutions to enhance the brand's position.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Brand Lead: Thorough knowledge of account plans, client interactions, brief understanding, campaign planning and management, monthly evaluation, and discussing solutions to enhance the brand's position.
  • Strategizing: Developing monthly digital marketing plans to meet brand objectives based on client briefs, setting project timelines based on brand priorities, and managing client expectations by keeping them informed on various activities.
  • Reporting & Insights: Timely reporting of brand performance to clients as per agreed scope, identifying learnings, and implementing suggestions to the strategy based on reports.
  • Team Leadership: Managing and overseeing team work to ensure timely delivery of day-to-day brand requirements.
  • Training & Growth: Providing training support to the team and guiding their growth.
  • Data Analysis: Analyzing data, drawing insights, and making data-driven recommendations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as creative, content, and technical teams to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns.
  • Client Upsell: Identifying opportunities to upsell additional digital marketing services to existing clients.
  • Staying Updated: Staying updated with latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and sharing knowledge and insights with clients and internal teams to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Communication & Time Management: Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Problem Solving & Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving attitude, and analytical mindset.
  • Client Servicing: Excellent client servicing skills.
  • Digital Marketing Analytics: Technical knowledge of Google Analytics or other marketing analytics platforms.
