Job Overview

A technical lead is a highly skilled professional who oversees the technical operations of an organization. They are responsible for ensuring that all systems and processes are running smoothly and efficiently, and that the team is working effectively to meet project goals.

This position requires strong analytical skills, covering all aspects from documentation, design, code, security, and retention of team members, with regular reporting to management. A core member of our company, you are expected to possess an entrepreneurial mindset and ownership to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in following tech stacks: Back End – FastAPI, MongoDB, Python, PGSQL;
    Front End – React Js;
    DevOps– CI/CD, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Linux servers, Azure, Redis.
  • Writing optimized codes and ensuring the team adheres to the same standards.
    • Supervising DevOps, servers, and AI development-related work while maintaining synchronization.
    • Determining requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
    • Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
    • Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure timely delivery.
    • Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
    • Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
    • Staying updated with industry trends and developments.
    • Utilizing version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage and track changes to the codebase.
    • Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
    • Motivating the team and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.
    • Monitoring front-end performance and implementing optimizations for fast loading times and a smooth user experience.
    • Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
    • Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of total experience and at least 3 years in a similar role (team lead).
  • Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills. Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
