Senior Automation Developer

The ideal candidate for this role is a seasoned automation professional with extensive experience in the field. They should have a strong background in API, database (ETL) testing, and proficiency in Python programming, SQL queries, and PyTest/Behave testing framework.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop automated test scripts using Python and PyTest/Behave testing framework
- Implement data-driven testing using tools like Control-M and Azure Data Factory
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of automated tests
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using Azure Databricks
- Perform performance testing using JMeter, Gatling, or Locust
- At least 10+ years of working experience in automation
- Good knowledge in writing SQL queries
- Proficiency in Python programming, SQL queries, and PyTest/Behave testing framework
- Good understanding of Azure Databricks
- Basic understanding of testing data management platform
- Working knowledge of relational databases and comfortable with testing SQL jobs and stored procedures with awareness of data security
- Working experience with test management tools such as Jira with Xray / Zephyr
- Working knowledge of tools such as GitHub, Azure Devops, confluence and familiar with Git branching models
- Working experience in Agile projects, Behavior Driven Development (BDD) approach to software development and testing
Bonus Points: Experience with machine learning and cloud computing.
