The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their expertise in designing seamless web and mobile interfaces that meet business objectives.

  • User Experience Design: Conduct thorough user research, create detailed personas, and map user journeys to craft effective design solutions.
  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design flows to clearly communicate ideas.
  • Visual Design: Deliver visually stunning UI designs aligned with brand guidelines, ensuring aesthetics and usability are perfectly balanced.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality design solutions.
  • Testing & Iteration: Conduct rigorous usability testing, analyse feedback, and refine designs to ensure optimal user experience.
  • Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems, ensuring consistency across platforms.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design expertise for web and mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of design thinking methodology and user-centred design principles.
  • Excellent sense of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to create high-fidelity UI designs and low-fidelity prototypes.
  • Experience working with developers to translate designs into functional products.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong time management with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
