We are seeking a capable, hands-on finance professional to strengthen our business and uphold our commitment to performance and precision.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will ensure financial compliance, forecast accuracy, and support decision-making through detailed financial analysis.

  • Monitor and control project expenses across multiple concurrent projects by closely tracking resource utilization and financial performance.
  • Develop, monitor, and control project budgets in collaboration with project leaders.
  • Track actual project costs versus forecasts, particularly staff time allocation and related expenses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Develop, monitor, and control project finances in collaboration with project leaders.
  • Resource Utilization: Maintain real-time visibility of staff deployment across projects.
  • Cost Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare weekly/monthly project cost reports with variance analysis and commentary.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Finance in group-level reporting and forecasting, integrating project financials into broader business strategies.
  • Contribute to international tax matters, inter-company transactions, and the optimization of cross-border project flows.

Required Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CMA, CA or MBA, is a plus.
  • 8–10 years of experience in finance, preferably in a project-based or consulting environment.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling project expenses, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of project finances, costs, resource allocation, timesheets, and billing rates. You will also be responsible for maintaining real-time visibility of staff deployment across projects, collaborating with HR and project leads to track man-hours and ensure efficient resource usage.
