Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled expert to spearhead our manufacturing automation initiatives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in implementing and supporting electronic Master Batch Records (MBRs) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain electronic MBRs for MES integrations, DCS, SAP, LIMS, etc.
- Provide technical guidance and support for MES trainings, collaboration, benefit realization, and standardization
- Implement continuous process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency
- Execute change control and electronic MBR life-cycle actions and processes to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing problems and improve quality
- Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of MES support experience or 7 years of relevant MES experience
- Direct experience with MES, PAS-X, with strong expertise in MBR and GMBR design
- Proven analytical skills, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and influencing skills to drive business outcomes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
- Knowledge of SAP, L2 Systems, Historian, SCADA, DCS integration with PAS-X MES
