Job Title: EDI Process Specialist

We are seeking a talented specialist to support and enhance electronic data interchange (EDI) processes across our enterprise systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot EDI transactions and integrations with business applications.
  • Manage onboarding of new trading partners and maintain EDI maps, specifications, and communication protocols.
  • Collaborate with business teams to analyze and resolve EDI-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with EDI standards and company policies, including data security and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with vendors, IT teams, and external partners to support integration projects.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, technical specs, and partner guidelines.
  • Provide support for audits, testing, and validation of new or modified EDI processes.

Experience and Skills:

  • Familiarity with cloud-based EDI platforms or integration tools.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management best practices.
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
