Performance Lead QA Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Lead QA to join our organization in a key leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor QA teams in implementing automation and performance testing best practices and strategies, driving quality assurance excellence.
  • Design and execute comprehensive performance test plans to assess system scalability, reliability, and responsiveness using industry-leading performance testing tools.
  • Monitor and report key QA metrics, including test coverage, defect trends, and overall quality indicators, ensuring data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication, conflict resolution, and seamless project delivery.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of overall experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automation as well as performance testing for the past 3.5 to 5 years, demonstrating a deep understanding of complex testing methodologies.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor QA teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Hands-on expertise in Selenium with C# or Java, working knowledge of BDD frameworks such as Cucumber, and experience with tools like TestNG, Jenkins, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring technical proficiency.
  • Proficient in at least one programming language, such as C#, Java, or Python, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
