Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Brand Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key player in driving business success, you will develop and execute strategic plans that meet client needs.

  • Create engaging content for various social media platforms and manage online reputation to ensure a positive brand image.
  • Provide regular reporting to management and clients on account activities and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
  • Understand client requirements and work with teams to develop creative solutions.
  • Present ideas to clients, obtain necessary approvals, and finalize approaches.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform updates and trends to inform marketing strategies.
  • Deliver relevant content that drives success for the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop compelling copywriting for posts
  • Online Reputation Management (ORM)
  • Maintain monthly/weekly reports to Management/Client
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders effectively
  • Present creative solutions to clients
  • Track competition brands and industry trends
  • Provide timely feedback to internal teams
  • Conduct research on Social Media platforms and media websites
