Job Overview

The Design Director for Visual Communication will lead the creative vision across digital, print, and brand touchpoints. This role requires strategic thinking, exceptional design skills, and effective leadership to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive visual communication strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Create engaging and effective design solutions for campaigns, social media, websites, packaging, and marketing materials.
  • Lead and mentor junior designers to improve their skills and contribute to team success.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop targeted design solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design standards.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in a design/creative/branding role with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual storytelling principles.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects while meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
