As a Key Account Manager - Influencer Relations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence across our organization's influencer marketing vertical. Your primary goal will be to increase our influencer network and relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will understand clients' influencer marketing requirements and help them plan, design proposals or pitch decks with an execution plan for their respective influencer marketing briefs.
  • Maintain timelines for briefs received, assess relevancy as per requirement, and create detailed proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.
  • You are responsible for researching, recruiting, and onboarding influencers using negotiation tactics and process downloading.
  • Brief and negotiate with influencers, content creators, and celebrities.
  • You will maintain the database and add new influencers to assigned categories/genres.
  • Build strategic relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, and partners, including premium celebrity/artist management agencies, networks of content creators, and groups of micro-influencers.
  • Coordinate with internal team members and external partners.
  • Execute campaigns seamlessly with strong coordination between onboarded influencers and internal teams.
  • Achieve quarterly goals and targets for successful campaign execution.
  • Ensure high margins for all campaigns.
  • Review and analyze campaign metrics to create insightful reports and reasoning for influencer activation.

Skillset:

  • Proficiency in social media platforms is essential.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media is required.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills are necessary.
  • Familiarity with MS Office (emails, Excel, PPT, Word) is required.
  • Understanding of social media insights and analytics is vital.
  • You must be able to work in a team, manage tasks effectively, and prioritize deadlines.
  • Effective negotiation and convincing tactics are necessary.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills are required.
  • High interpersonal, coordination, and relationship-building skills are essential.
  • Client servicing expertise is necessary.
