We are seeking an experienced Billing Operations Manager to join our team at Finastra. As a key member of the global Billing team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the invoicing process across all regions and countries.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing the billing processes, leading a team of billing professionals, and driving continuous process improvements. You will also be responsible for producing and sending all invoices, defining and improving KPIs, and driving root cause elimination projects to improve KPIs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in billing or related customer-to-cash processes, with a proven track record of driving standard processes and improving work processes. You will also need to have excellent managerial skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to leverage technology to enhance productivity and drive performance improvement metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Owning and managing the billing processes for Finastra across all regions/countries/products/entities.
- Producing and sending all invoices for Finastra group.
- Managing a team of billing professionals.
- Driving continuous process and system improvements.
- Defining, measuring and improving KPIs and controls posture.
