Job Opportunity: Senior IT Manager

This position offers a unique opportunity to drive the implementation of foundational data to support various functions. As the Senior IT Manager - Data Engineering, you will cultivate strategic partnerships with stakeholders to successfully implement Cloud Based technologies to acquire, process, and store data to meet a variety of data latency requirements to enable Data as a Service (Daas) and Analytics as a Service (AaaS).

  • Collaborate and align with leaders on project portfolios to ensure proper staffing in skills and capacity.
  • Ensure resources project deliverables are on time with first time quality.
  • Manage a team of resources to meet organization objectives, project deliverables, and personal growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 17+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or 15+ years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 7+ years of managerial experience, which includes goal settings and performance management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
