Key Responsibilities:

• Develop patent applications for innovative technologies in the field of information and communication technologies, adhering to international standards and regulations.">
• Deliver high-quality prosecution projects by formulating response strategies for office actions and drafting complete responses.">
• Enhance provisional specifications and complete patent applications with well-crafted claim sets.">
• Train team members on technical areas and mentor interns on assigned technology domains.">
• Apply process knowledge to produce consistent results and perform multiple tasks independently.">
• Perform root cause analysis to identify issues, implement best practices, and provide recommendations to enhance team performance and improve productivity.">
• Utilize available tools to analyze and solve problems, contributing to the hiring process.">

Requirements:

• ">
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or technology from a reputable institution.">
• Excellent domain knowledge in ICT, with a minimum 4 years of experience in patent drafting and/or prosecution.">
• At least two years of experience in patent drafting for the US jurisdiction and experience drafting 50+ patent applications for the US domain.">
