Technical Lead Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our team. This crucial role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to comprehend infrastructure requirements and provide expert solutions leveraging your expertise in cloud technologies, automation, DevOps best practices, and infrastructure management.

Main Objectives
  • Design, develop, and maintain internal development platforms to streamline developer workflows, encompassing application building, deployment, testing, and operation.
  • Develop automation or microservices for common development workflows and deployment processes for applications and infrastructure, integrating observability, monitoring, and scalability.
  • Create robust, reliable, and secure CI/CD pipelines.
  • Automate and manage cloud infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform or similar technologies.
  • Deploy Kubernetes clusters on cloud (AWS), implement ISTIO Service Mesh, and develop Kubernetes-based applications.
  • Establish and maintain scalable platforms, including Bazel build farms, artifactory repositories, MongoDB, and InfluxDB databases.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python, Ansible, or other scripting languages.
  • Implement sophisticated monitoring and alerting systems with Prometheus, etc.
  • Investigate and resolve intricate technical issues related to CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, and custom-built DevX microservices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of total experience in software development, DevOps, or full-stack implementations.
  • Proficient with Python, Ansible, Bash scripting.
  • Extensive experience with tools for managing infrastructure and deploying applications in various cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, IBM).
  • Solid knowledge of Kubernetes, ISTIO, Docker, and Red Hat OpenShift containerization technologies.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform).
  • Proficiency in database technologies like MongoDB, DynamoDB, InfluxDB, PostgreSQL, etc.
  • Experience with API Development frameworks like FASTAPI.
  • Hands-on experience in managing Bazel build farms and VMware hypervisor.
  • Experience in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, ArgoCD, and solid understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications like AWS Certified Solution Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer are highly valued.
