User Experience Designer Job Description

This role is focused on evolving and maintaining the brand's visual identity across all touchpoints.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and visual assets for campaigns, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.

Key responsibilities include designing a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, website graphics, and social media assets.

Collaboration with product and engineering teams is also essential to ensure the product interface reflects the brand and provides a seamless user experience.

Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors is crucial in informing brand decisions.

Responsibilities:
  • Evolving and refining the brand identity, including logo, typography, color palette, and imagery style
  • Creating a comprehensive style guide that defines the brand identity and guides design and communication efforts
  • Maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints, including website, marketing materials, product interface, social media, and internal communications
  • Designing various marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, website graphics, and social media assets
  • Collaborating with product and engineering teams to ensure the product interface reflects the brand and offers a seamless user experience
Requirements:
  • A strong portfolio highlighting graphic design skills, especially in digital marketing and branding
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with experience working with Webflow and Framer an advantage
  • A creative thinker with keen eye for detail and good understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layouts
  • At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably at an early-stage startup
