Experienced Transaction Manager

Job Description:

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented transaction manager to drive high-value transactions in the luxury real estate market. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for guiding high-net-worth clients through the closing process, ensuring a seamless and sophisticated experience that reflects our brand's prestige.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Coordination: Manage and oversee the entire closing process from contract to closing date, ensuring all timelines are adhered to and necessary documents are prepared and reviewed.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure all legal documents and contracts are accurate, complete, and in compliance with regulations.
  • Financial Oversight: Coordinate financial transactions, including earnest money deposits and final payments, ensuring smooth processing.
  • Client Communication: Act as primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, answering questions, and addressing concerns throughout the closing process.
  • Document Management: Maintain organized and secure files of transaction documents, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility as needed.
  • Problem Solving: Identify potential issues during the closing process and proactively resolve them promptly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and cooperation throughout the transaction.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of closing documents to verify accuracy and completeness before finalizing transactions.
  • Post-Closing Activities: Coordinate post-closing tasks such as document recordings, disbursements, and client follow-ups to ensure a smooth transition and client satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to closing processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and client experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or real estate; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in high-value sales or luxury real estate, with proven closing success.
  • Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficient with CRM systems, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and sales analytics tools.
  • Client-centric mindset, strategic thinker, proactive problem-solver.
  • Deep understanding of luxury real estate dynamics and high-net-worth client expectations. Strong analytical skills are essential.
