Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Application Developer to join our team and play a key role in building scalable, high-quality web applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating designs into responsive UIs, integrating APIs, and optimizing performance, while mentoring junior developers and driving best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop responsive and scalable web applications using React.js, Redux, Hooks, Context API.
  • Write clean, testable, and reusable code in JavaScript (ES6+) / TypeScript.
  • Integrate RESTful/GraphQL APIs with frontend components.
  • Optimize performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Debug and resolve issues in development and production environments.
  • Contribute to UI architecture decisions and frontend best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • A minimum of 5–7 years of hands-on experience in frontend development.
  • Strong expertise in React.js, Redux (Thunk/Toolkit), Hooks, Context API.
  • Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Experience with API integration (REST/GraphQL).
  • Familiarity with Next.js, TypeScript, and UI libraries (Material-UI, Bootstrap, Tailwind) is a plus.
  • Hands-on with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress.
  • Exposure to CI/CD tools and Agile practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor junior developers.
