Healthcare Payer Solutioning Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to drive strategic initiatives in the healthcare insurance segment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of payer workflows, regulatory frameworks, and technology landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Development: Drive the design/evolution of AI-led technology solutions for payers, TPAs, MCOs, and VBC models.
  • Trend Monitoring: Track and align with emerging technology trends to identify and position relevant solutions.
  • Thought Leadership: Develop thought leadership content, represent the organization in industry forums, and contribute to building a strong vertical brand presence.
  • Customer Engagements: Lead customer meetings/workshops to assess gaps, identify needs, position/sell solutions, and secure stakeholder buy-in.
  • Partner Engagement: Work closely with partners, analysts, and sales teams to execute go-to-market strategies.
  • GTM Strategy: Define/refine go-to-market strategies and lead marketing efforts in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of overall industry experience, including 10+ years in the healthcare domain.
  • Proven experience/expertise in payer workflows, regulatory frameworks, and technology landscape.
  • Business analysis, solutioning, conceptualizing/driving AI-led techno-functional solutions.
  • BPaaS engagements for payers, TPAs, MCOs, and VBC models.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and innovation orientation.
