Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our organization.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, with expertise in building scalable data pipelines using PySpark and Apache Airflow.
  • Proficiency in using Spark SQL, DataFrame, and RDD APIs to implement complex business logic is essential.
  • A solid foundation in programming skills, particularly in Python, with experience in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
  • Familiarity with modern data engineering ecosystems, including distributed data processing, storage systems, and workflow orchestration tools.
  • Experience working with cloud services such as AWS S3, AWS Glue/EMR, AWS Lambda, and Redshift is highly desirable.
  • Ability to design, develop, and maintain batch and streaming data pipelines, with a focus on data quality, performance optimization, and ETL/ELT processes.
  • Strong understanding of data engineering principles, including data transformation, data quality, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain efficient data processing workflows using Apache Airflow, dbt, Delta Lake, and other relevant tools.
  • Implement complex business logic using Spark SQL, DataFrame, and RDD APIs.
  • Collaborate with engineers to design and implement robust data architectures that meet business requirements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data pipelines and workflows.
