Job Title

Key responsibilities include managing assigned shifts for the Front Office and related departments, overseeing day-to-day operations, and creating a positive work environment.

Job Description
  • Participate in developing and implementing strategies to support hotel goals.
  • Manage the operation of the front office and related areas during assigned shifts.
  • Supervise door, concierge, and front office areas to create a favourable impression.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to support service and financial goals.
  • Prepare and analyse reports to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure seamless transition during shift changes by developing and implementing processes for communication between team members.
Requirements
  • Experience: 6-8 years of relevant work experience.
  • Currently working as Duty Manager.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to motivate team members, and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities. The ability to work well under pressure and maintain a professional attitude is essential.

Key Skills and Requirements
  • Stand-up training.
  • Reservations process knowledge.

Good communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
