- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in multi-disciplined procurement, with a focus on research services or biopharmaceutical industry.
- Prior experience leading large, change management projects, with a proven track record of delivering results.
