Job Title: Academic Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Academic Leader to join our school's leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with faculty members to develop and implement academic programs that align with the school's vision and standards.
  • Lead curriculum design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation for all grade levels.
  • Develop and oversee assessment policies that comply with international standards.
  • Analyse student achievement data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
  • Promote a culture of excellence, innovation, and reflective practice among faculty members.
  • Guide subject Leads and teachers in designing engaging, inquiry-based, and differentiated learning experiences.
  • Oversee pedagogical training sessions and professional development aligned with international standards.
  • Support and mentor teachers in implementing student-centred, inquiry-based, and transdisciplinary learning approaches.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree or higher in Education or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in educational leadership or teaching.
  • Strong understanding of curriculum design, implementation, and assessment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with faculty members and staff.
