Job Title: Research Associate

About This Role:
  1. Maintain compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) in the laboratory as per regulatory standards.
  2. Develop analytical methods according to International Council for Harmonisation (ICH) Guidelines.
  3. Perform quality control and analysis of in-process, routine, and stability samples.
  4. Verify and validate analytical methods in accordance with protocol requirements.
  5. Transfer analytical methods to the Quality Control Laboratory for implementation.
  6. Document activities as per GLP guidelines to ensure transparency and accountability.
  7. Troubleshoot during day-to-day analysis while maintaining proper instrument care and management.
  8. Conduct dissolution development, multimedia dissolution, and controlled dissolution testing.
  9. Prepare working standards in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Your Responsibilities:
  • Apply expertise in GLP to maintain laboratory standards.
  • Utilize knowledge of ICH Guidelines for method development.
  • Collaborate with the team to execute sample analysis.
  • Validate analytical methods to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Support the QC Laboratory by transferring methods for implementation.
  • Record and document activities as required.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot issues with instruments and methods.
  • Develop skills in dissolution development and testing.
  • Prepare working standards according to SOPs.
