Main Responsibilities :

  • Lead the development of advanced OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) reports across various Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  • Design, build, and manage comprehensive BI and analytics solutions to support organizational decision-making.
  • Leverage a strong background in data analysis and business analysis to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications for reporting solutions.
  • Utilize excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot complex reporting issues, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
  • Effectively communicate with both technical teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements, present findings, and ensure solutions meet business needs.

Required Technical Skills & Qualifications :

  • Experience : Minimum of 7+ years of overall experience, with a primary focus on Oracle HCM Cloud reporting.
  • Reporting Tools : Proficient in developing reports using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud Modules : Strong functional and technical knowledge of various Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  • SQL : Expertise in SQL for complex data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
  • Data Integration : Experience with Oracle's data integration capabilities and understanding of Oracle's data model.
  • Analytics : Strong background in data and business analysis, with the ability to create logical data models for communication.
