Job Title:

We are seeking an experienced IT Solution Tester with a strong background in testing HR systems, particularly Workday and ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the intricacies of HR software and their integration.

About the Role:

  • This position involves designing and executing test cases for functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance tests.
  • You will conduct thorough end-to-end testing for employee processes that span multiple systems, from Workday to ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.
  • The successful candidate will also test data exchange between ServiceNow and Workday via their respective APIs (REST and SOAP), often utilizing ServiceNow's Integration Hub.
  • Evaluation of integrated system performance under different loads is also a key responsibility, particularly for real-time integrations.
  • In addition, you will conduct comprehensive regression testing for every ServiceNow update or Workday patch to ensure seamless integrations remain intact.
  • Maintaining detailed test documentation, including test plans, cases, and results, is crucial for this role.

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive experience as a tester, preferably in the IT service management industry.
  • A strong understanding of HR software and their integrations.
  • Proficiency in workflow automation: Testing HR workflows that span both platforms.
