Job Description">

We are seeking a detail-oriented Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimum performance and stability of Biovia One Lab and other lab-based applications.

As a key member of our team, you will provide 2nd/3rd line support, troubleshoot pipeline integrations, and develop specialist knowledge in relevant systems. You will also liaise with multiple stakeholders, train new hires, and work in a DevOps and Agile environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in application support and maintenance (L2/L3 support) of off-the-shelf Lab Execution System – Biovia One lab
  • Understanding of the modules – Workbook, Hub, Cipro, Compose and Direct
  • Good knowledge of regulatory requirements including GMP, GxP and 21 CFR Part. Exposure to software system validation.
