">- Design, build, and maintain high-quality, scalable backend services using Go and Node.js.
">- Ensure the timely delivery of projects and meet or exceed customer expectations.
">3. Team Management:
">- Lead a team of experienced engineers, providing coaching, mentorship, and feedback to ensure individual growth and team success.
">- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.
">4. AI/ML Integration:
