Job Title: High Availability Cloud Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing robust cloud infrastructure, efficient monitoring, and high availability focused mitigations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure on AWS cloud for software products focusing on high availability, scalability, resilience, reliability, and performance.
  • Automate infrastructure deployment via Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
  • Program (structured and OOP) using one or more high-level languages such as Python, Java, Ruby, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with container management technology (Docker, Kubernetes, Yarn, ECS, EKS).
  • Monitor infrastructure and visualization software like Prometheus, Grafana etc.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science or related discipline.
  • 8-12 years of software industry experience with at least 4 years of experience in SRE role.
  • AWS certification on 1 or more of the following: SysOps Administrator, DevOps Engineer, Solutions Architect.
Work Environment:

This role requires participation in an on-call schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, on a rotating basis. We strive to foster a supportive on-call culture, focused on automation, documentation, and continuous improvement to minimize disruptions.
